About order (Custom-made order)

I take custom orders

Every felted item I made is unique as it is hand-made.
If you have a dog or a cat or maybe a bird, It is the best choise to have your original item by custom orders
I would be very happy to receive a custom order from you!

I normally deliver them in Japan. If you are from overseas, I am sorry I am not ready for it yet :(

           

How to order

At the moment I only take orders by E-mail
All information I need is below

• Photographs (Better to have more than 2 pics with front visual and maybe back side one)
  More photos, Better detail.
• For matryoshka style, Please tell me if you have particular colour you want to use for hood and clothing.

*I pick fur colours which close to photos, so it would be great that photos taken in bright places.
*Then I will send item photos after finished making for you to make sure its okay.

送料・配送方法について

ご指定がなければクッション材で包んだ状態で定形外郵便または普通郵便で送らせていただいています。 ストラップより大きなサイズのものに関しては応相談ですが通常送料は定形外郵便120円、普通郵便で210円程です。

お値段・お支払いについて

お値段は大きさによっても異なりますが、1500円から2500円で承っております。

※以前に値段の定まっていなかった時にご購入いただいた方はおっしゃっていただければその時のお値段にいたします。

お支払い方法はゆうちょ・銀行振り込み、ご希望の方は代金引換※も可能です。

※銀行振り込みの場合は手数料をご負担ください。
※代金引換の場合は別途代引き手数料、送金手数料が必要です。

• 例：送料　メール便120円の場合
  送料120円 + 代引き手数料　260円 + 送金手数料　430円

私の制作スピードが遅いというのと、只今ご注文が重なっている為、
